As a classically trained marketer and product-minded growth hacker, I focus on increasing customer acquisition, activation, and retention, as well as building the closed-loop reporting necessary to inform real-time decisions about what to scale and what to kill. I've also been an AI power user since early 2023, successfully integrating LLMs and agentic workflows to supercharge my marketing and software development productivity.
I'm a seasoned startup veteran, and I'm comfortable being uncomfortable.
For the past 15+ years, I've reported directly to the C-suite at companies ranging from pre-seed to Series B, including bootstrapped companies scaling to eight figures in ARR. I've been responsible for creating my own board meeting slides, managing cross-functional relationships with other VPs, Directors, and Team Leads, delegating work to contractors, consultants, and agencies, and building and leading my own teams. As a result, I've learned to identify critical paths and deliver excellence in the face of high pressure, tight deadlines, and ambiguity.
When I'm not in front of one of my screens, I enjoy volunteering, public speaking, and exploring the beautiful Colorado Rockies with my partner and our adorable Bernese Mountain Dog, Oliver.
